Do I have to make a reservation?

Appointments are essential so that we can prepare for your session.

Please be punctual for your appointment. If you would like to change your appointment date or time, kindly inform us in advance so that we can offer to clients on the waiting list.

You can make a reservation by phone (+65) 6339 0231.

Reservations can also be made through email whatsup@glamourstudio.com.sg or sms (+65) 9673 5812 with your name, contact number, preferred date and time and we will contact you soonest possible to confirm your reservation.

The Glamour Experience

What is each session like?

A Glamour Studio session begins with an easy and informal chat with our crew to understand your personality and also to determine your preference and what you’ll like to achieve from the photo shoot. Next, sit back and relax while our in-house stylists work their dexterous hands to create your preferred look. The photo session that follows will be easy and effortless as Hondo guides you along in a few simple poses.

And finally, you will get to view your digital proofs and select the pictures you will like to order - all on the same day!

Duration

How long is each session and when can I collect my pictures?

Each session will usually take one to two hours depending on the number of pictures you require and the number of people in the photograph. It will be faster for gentlemen as they require less styling time.

Our digital system allows you to view your digital proofs immediately following your photo session. You will get to see how well you have done and place your orders on the same day. There’s absolutely no hassle of making return trips to choose and place your orders.

Your pictures are usually ready within a week. Orders in large volumes, special request for digital enhancements or other portrait finishes may require additional time.

For smaller orders, express service is available at $30 for collection by the following day.

Island-wide delivery service is also available at a nominal charge of $15.

Why are your rates slightly higher than the rest in the market?

Our rates reflect the high quality of our workmanship and are slightly higher than the rest in the market because every person involved in creating your images are professionally trained and experienced in their field with a recognized portfolio.

Each session is individually tailored and every image we create for you is skillfully and thoughtfully worked upon to your satisfaction.

Glamour Studio uses only professional labs to ensure that our customers get the best quality photo prints.

Modes of Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept only VISA, Mastercard, Cash or Cheque only.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept NETS or AMEX.

Copyright

Why can’t I use my thumbdrive to copy all the images and who owns the copyright to the images?

Each image we create for you is considered a custom product which cannot be resold. If you like the images, you are purchasing the proprietary licence from us for your future re-prints or electronic use.

By engaging our services, you are agreeing that:

All rights in all Photographs taken by the Photographer vest in the Photographer, although the client shall be granted a licence to use and reproduce the Photographs for the usage(s) as stated for the term as stated on the invoice only.

All licenses and reproduction rights granted under this Agreement are conditioned on both receipt of payment in full by the Photographer of the Creative Fee and the Expenses; and use of proper copyright notices and credit by the Client.

All rights not expressly licensed to the Client shall remain the exclusive property of the Photographer.
